1. That deponent is duly authorized attorney of the complainant and is competent to file affidavit for complainant.

 

2. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for today.

 

3. That address of accused as mentioned in the complaint is last known address of accused and moreover, the legal notice issued by the deponent is returned back with the remarks “Refused” meaning thereby the address already mentioned in the complaint is the exact address and complainant is not aware of the any other address of accused. Said address was used by accused while making transactions in suit case of business with the accused.
