In India, We believe in God, as a misconception that we have hired him and he can do every thing, and we will sit on the bed. But, The God is a mixture of GENERATOR + OPERATOR + DESTROYER. So, if he can build us he can finish us. We have not hired him, he made us.
In a Village in Punjab, A Person purchased a land with the joining walls of the house of complainant, and started spreading the name of God, as he is doing some type of fake religious activities. Activities includes blowing air on the face of people, who comes to him.
What he do is, he open his Shop (Religious Temple or something) at 9:00 AM every morning, do some cheap tricks to indulge people in the acts, dumb people, who have less common sense about these type of frauds, come to him, he blow warm air on them, take money for it and close his Shop (Religious Temple or something) at 5:00 PM every day.
Now, what these type of people do is, they with the curtain of Religion, take possession of others property, with intention to grab them.
So, does he. He encroached his first floor, on the complainant's house, and also he made a flag of his Shop against the gate of the complainant, against which the complainant has filed an Appeal of illegal possession against that fraud.
So, this way he is possessing the property of complainant illegally and forcibly.
