2)    That earlier, this Hon’ble Court has ordered to furnish the correct address of the respondent.

3)    That the petitioner has already provided the last known address to the best of his knowledge, which is already mentioned in the execution application. Therefore, the respondent may kindly be served by way of substituted services.

4)    That no other address of the respondent no.1 is in the knowledge of the petitioner, except the address mentioned in the petition.

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the respondent no.1 may kindly be served by way of substituted services, in the interest of justice, equity and fair play.
