The accused/applicant respectfully submits as under:

1. That in the above mentioned case, this Hon'ble court has allowed the application of the applicant vide order dated __________  and directed to the applicant to furnish the Indemnity bond of equal amount of Rs. __________ /- one Surety.

2. That applicant ready to furnish the Indemnity bonds/surety bonds as per the order of this Hon'ble Court.
