2. Please do not just type this format as it is.
3. Affidavit should be attested by Notary/S.E.M/ Oaths Commissioner 

AFFIDAVIT

I,  _____ son of _____ resident of _____, do  hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-

1.That I the owner Of Vehicle _____ bearing its Registration No.  _____.

2.That the said vehicle was financed with M/s. _____

3.That I have paid full and final loan instalments of the said vehicle to the said financier.

4. That the financier has issued the Form No. 35 along with letter of termination.

5.That the H.P. may be cancelled in my registration book and as well as in records also.
