Points of Consideration:-

1. A person may file the application for Superdari, if the police has taken possession over the Vehicle/Article/Other Asset and there is no need for such possession.
2. Affidavit of ownership by the applicant.

Hon’ble Sir,

It is respectfully submitted as under:-

1. That the applicant is the owner of the {Mention full detail of vehicle/article/other movable asset}, which was recovered by the police of P.S. {Mention the name of the Police Station}, in the above noted case, which is in possession of P.S. {Mention the name of the Police Station}. 

2. That the above said vehicle is no more required by the police of P.S. {Mention the name of the Police Station}. 

3.  That the applicant undertakes to produce the above vehicle\article\other movable asset in the court as and when required to do so and further undertakes to abide by all the terms and conditions to be imposed by this Hon’ble Court, while releasing the above said vehicle\article\other movable asset on Sapurdari to the applicant..

4. That the applicant further undertakes that he shall not change the nature of the vehicle\article\other movable asset.

5. That Challan has not been presented by the police. It will take sufficient long time in the present case.
