The following case is real and being filed in court.
A Marriage dissolve in a brutal and dramatic way, here before the eyes of mine.
A lawyer came to me to type a longest reply before the Hon'ble Judge, for the case he was facing.
A Man married with her wife and everything was good and prosper. The marriage was solemnized with all the possible fulfilling requirement by the parents of the bride, as they were marrying her only child. They put their best and I would say every thing to make her marriage a celebration, A FESTIVAL.
So, the marriage solemnized and they were living together.
But, after the long time of 10 years, something happened. THE LADY WAS KILLED.
AND THE KILLER WAS HER HUSBAND.
Reason is that she can't become mother of a child.
She tried everything to be a loving mother, but the colors of God says a different thing.
So, for the reason of this, even she was not in default, she was beaten and harassed by her husband and her parents-in-law.
So, the firstly the question arises that who is to be blamed?
After the beating, she was asked to let her husband make a second marriage.
No Girl on Earth would comply with this situation as to let her husband marry with another girl.
So, as she refused to let him do so, for which various compromises are being made by her parents and respectable. The Compromise, which is just a blunder of a two-faced person.
So, resultant to this, she was murdered by her husband, for not letting him do second marriage.
Now, this was one side of the case.
Another side is the lady was having property, which her parents gave her as present for her life.
As the legal way is that if the wife dies or accidentally killed or murdered, the husband of his legal heirs are entitled for her property. So, he was beneficiary from both the sides.
But, I am feeling proud that there is a small clause, by which her succession is safe and is not transferred to her murderer husband.
But, no one replace the character of a person by anything, no property not even another person.
My question is that many adoption procedure and societies are present, then why killed a wife to marry another person? Just for a child? That child which we don't know how will treat us or may make our life suffer.
